I would prefer to have appointment times be a reality. Promptness is a big factor for me. If I’m scheduled at 11 I’d like to be in the chair at that time with procedures starting not 25 minutes later. If you’re running behind then give me the option stay or rebook. My day shouldn’t be negatively impacted because of in office delays.
