I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dental office! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. I came in feeling very nervous after being told that I needed to replace a bridge and have three fillings. Since Dr. Vincent was the dentist making those recommendations, I found myself wanting reassurance before moving forward. Office Manager Vickie Robison immediately put my mind at ease. She listened to my concerns with genuine care and assured me she would let the team know how anxious I was. Jamie was the first person to bring me back, and she immediately recognized how nervous I felt. She explained everything thoroughly, took additional X-rays that hadn’t been done previously, and made sure every “T” was crossed and every “I” was dotted. Her attention to detail gave me confidence that nothing would be overlooked. Dr. Vincent completely exceeded my expectations. Her attention to detail, knowledge, and commitment to perfection were truly impressive. She took the time to explain my treatment plan, answer my questions, and made me feel completely confident that replacing my bridge and repairing the three fillings was the right decision. I also truly appreciated that Dr. Lane, the owner of the practice, took the time to come in and visit with me. His willingness to personally reassure me about my treatment plan made me feel like I was receiving the second opinion I had been looking for without ever having to leave the office. That level of care speaks volumes about this practice. Beverly was absolutely amazing throughout my procedure. She constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable, asked if I needed a drink, a break, or anything for pain, and she even brought me a blanket. Those thoughtful gestures meant so much and made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and comforting. I also want to recognize my wonderful dental hygienist, Veronica Pena. She is always so knowledgeable, takes her time, and gives me excellent tips to keep my oral health at its best. I never feel rushed during my appointments, and I always leave having learned something new. This entire team truly goes above and beyond for their patients. Their professionalism, compassion, attention to detail, and genuine kindness are second to none. I am so grateful I found this office and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.
