2/5/2025 Veronica Pena terrible bedside manners. Pull chair all the way bk without notice. No communication of she was doing. Kept touching my face moving it Instead of asking me to move my face left or right. Introduce herself in the middle of cleaning my teeth. She definitely needs to work on her people skills & customers service.

Just had three crowns made and placed for fractured teeth in Dr. Lanes office. I decided not to wait and risk a later root canal.They fit perfectly 3/12/26. I keep goiing back for my dental needs because Dr.Lane and his staff are so good at what they do. If I could leave separate reviews I would, but instead I add to this one. I wrote a review two years ago and I'm back to leave another positive review for service July 18, 2025. I still Highly recommend Dr. Lane and his Staff! He replaced a damaged crown efficiently and painlessly while I waited! No sending out to an outside lab; he has all the technology to make a crown to fit, without making a second trip. The procedure was seamless. The work was done the morning after I called in. He's always very nice and answers my questions straightforwardly. I believe he genuine cares for me as his patient. I don't hesitate sending family and friends to him. His staff also gets kudos for how pleasant they all are! Thanks to you all again.
